My passion is cooking. My travels have inspired my cooking . My eyes, nose and palates are wide open when I am in a foreign country and my curiosity for new tastes and methods of preparation is piqued.

The menu offers classic recipes, such as the tajine from Morocco, the passionate  paella from Spain, the consoling coq au vin from France, or the spicy fresh tastes of the Indian curry. I will also be offering recipes that I unearthed on my travels through local markets in the Mediterranean, in authentic Brazillian cafes and while sharing meals in the homes of local residents of Mexico and Peru. 

For these meals, I use the freshest local produce. Of course, I take into  account the dietary preferences of my guests.   I am not vegetarian myself, but   attach great importance to the ethical treatment of animals.   When shopping for meat,   I want to know where and how the animal lived.
The food and the drinks are naturally organic .  

A couple of times per  week I invite you to enjoy some delicious world dishes.

At around half past seven, a tasty meal of the day comprising different courses will be served. The meal consists of an entrée, a main course, a dessert and coffee/tea.

The price per meal is € 47,50 per person . This price includes a half bottle of wine.
